The Challenge
FK Group required a dedicated system to manage projects from initiation through to delivery. Existing processes relied on a mix of spreadsheets, email and disconnected tools — each serving a partial function but none providing a complete operational picture. As project volume and complexity grew, maintaining consistent oversight became increasingly difficult. Manual coordination filled the gaps, but that approach was not sustainable. A purpose-built internal platform was the only path to structured control.
