The salary guide is an integral part of the Hays business and forms a valuable resource for people to gain information about their current and future job roles.
Our challenge was to take this offline success and replicate it online.
Simplicity. Accessibility. These were the two key UX objectives for consideration throughout the project.
Once completed, the digital guide was deployed for thorough testing by an external UX testing agency to ensure this criteria had been achieved.
Simple iconography was used and user journey-led features accompanied clear call to actions.
A ‘quick tour’ function was implemented to allow users to easily navigate the guide and discover features of most interest and relevance.
